Does "server management" cover our virtualization platform too?
Yes, on-prem virtualization (hypervisor health, VM lifecycle, capacity planning) is one of the three layers here. If your virtualized workloads extend into Azure or another public cloud, that hybrid portion is covered by Managed Cloud instead.
Is this the same as Endpoint Protection (the security solution)?
No, complementary, not the same. Endpoint Protection is the security platform (EPP/EDR/XDR) that stops threats. This service manages the devices and servers themselves, patching, configuration, monitoring, backup, the operational layer underneath the security tooling.
What happened to "Managed On-Prem"?
Renamed for clarity. The old name was vague and overlapped in meaning with network infrastructure, which is a separate service. The new name states the actual scope, endpoints, servers, virtualization, in terms that match how the service is actually searched for and understood.
