The Confidence Standard · Solution Implementation
A platform you bought
isn't running until
someone configures it.
Implementation, tuned to your environment, not left on default.
Professional Service, expert-led, project-based work. Deep expertise, delivered with structure.
Part of the IT Infrastructure portfolio, Optimization Pillar
These solutions serve the IT Director KPI: Time to Value.
Pillar 01
VISIBILITY
An assessment often precedes this, scoping exactly what needs configuring.
Pillar 02
OPTIMIZATION
Infrastructure Implementation turns a purchased platform into an optimized one.
Pillar 03
CONTINUITY
Managed IT Infrastructure keeps the configuration current and supported.
What goes into a DEG implementation.
Business-aligned configuration
Certified engineers configure the platform against your actual traffic patterns and requirements, not the vendor's default profile.
Migration and cutover planning
A staged rollout that avoids the all-at-once cutover risk of moving live traffic onto a new platform.
Integration with what you already run
Configured to work alongside your existing network, identity and monitoring stack, not in isolation.
Documented handoff and knowledge transfer
Your team leaves the engagement able to operate and troubleshoot the platform without calling us for every change.
When this is the right move, and when it's not.
Start here if...
- You have purchased or licensed an infrastructure platform and need it properly deployed, past default settings.
- A previous deployment was rushed and is now running on configuration nobody fully understands.
- You are migrating from one platform to another and need the cutover planned, not improvised.
- Your internal team has the platform license but not the specialized configuration expertise.
Something else first if...
- The gap is physical, cabling, closets or AV hardware, not software configuration. IT Infrastructure Deployment is that service.
- You have not yet decided which platform to buy. Network Assessment establishes what you actually need first.
- You want someone to run the platform day to day. Managed Networking or Managed Cloud covers that.
This service rarely stands alone.
OFTEN COMES FIRST
Network Assessment
Establishes what platform and configuration the environment actually needs.
See Network Assessment →
THE PHYSICAL LAYER
IT Infrastructure Deployment
Handles cabling, closets and AV hardware, the physical build this configuration runs on.
See Infrastructure Deployment →
ONGOING OWNERSHIP
Managed Networking
Takes over day-to-day operation once the platform is configured and stable.

Straight answers before the call.
Do we need to buy the platform through you?
No. Implementation is available regardless of where the platform was licensed. The service covers SD-WAN, wireless, virtualization and network management platforms broadly.
How is this different from IT Infrastructure Deployment?
IT Infrastructure Deployment is the physical build: structured cabling, IT closets, AV hardware, enterprise automation. This is the software and platform configuration layer that runs on top of that physical build, or on infrastructure you already have.
Can you migrate us from an existing platform?
Yes. Migration and cutover planning is part of the engagement when moving from one platform to another, staged to avoid an all-at-once cutover risk to live traffic.
How is this priced?
Fixed price by platform and environment scope, established on the discovery call, so the number doesn't move if the work takes longer than expected.
Any platform is only as good as its configuration.
