Our estate is not fully documented. Where do we start?
With the Network Assessment. It evaluates the health, performance and design of your network across wired and wireless, and returns the bottlenecks, reliability risks and gaps in plain terms. Nearly every infrastructure engagement we run starts here, because an undocumented estate makes every subsequent decision a guess, including the ones your finance team is asking you to justify.
What does the Network Assessment actually cover?
Topology and asset inventory, wired and wireless performance, configuration and firmware currency, capacity and bottleneck analysis, and reliability risk. Where relevant it extends into IoT/OT environments, physical security systems and A/V, each of which has its own assessment. You receive a findings document with prioritized recommendations separated into fix now, plan, and fund.
Do we have to replace hardware or switch vendors?
No. Zero vendor lock-in and open architecture are explicit commitments in how we design. We work across Microsoft and Azure, and enterprise networking including Cisco, Meraki, HPE Aruba and Fortinet. Where we recommend replacement it's because the assessment showed the current platform is the constraint, and we'll show you the evidence.
How do managed services work alongside our internal IT team?
They absorb the work that doesn't need your team's judgment: monitoring, patching, firmware, backup verification, tier 1 and tier 2 triage. They escalate the work that does.
